Once you submit the necessary details about your order and email, we will commence service fulfillment upon receipt of payment. Should the payment be delayed, held, or canceled for any reason, the initiation of the service will also be postponed. The countdown for service commencement, as mentioned to be within 24 hours in the service description, begins once the payment is confirmed. You will receive your order on the designated post, picture, video, etc., as specified prior to payment. – Orders not executed due to incorrect information or privacy settings are eligible for refunds.
– Incorrect information leading to service misdelivery will not be refunded.
– Services not delivered within 48 hours of payment qualify for a full refund.
– Refund requests are accepted once within a 24-hour period during the warranty period, outlined in the product description.
